I recently moved into a newly renovated property with Yoak. Harrison was great with communication and leasing amendments at the start. Within the last few days, I ran over a nail in my gravel driveway from them doing renovations. After explaining what happened, showing them photos of the nails, and the receipt for the repair for the tire, without question, they credited my account with the amount that was used to fix my tire. Not only happy with this quick problem solving but it was fair too. Thank you Amanda, Matt, and Harrison.
Moved in one month ago. Aaron helped us get the keys and was very quick to answer our questions anytime we reached out. He was very positive and knowledgeable. This was the easiest time I've ever had getting into a new house.

Tommy from maintenance came and fixed the sealing for my doors so critters would stay out and fixed my sink because I happened to mention a leaky seal. Super nice guy and hope to see him again in the future for any other repairs.
